Web: neues Umschlag-Logo als Favicon + im Schriftzug

- favicon.svg (transparentes SVG des Umschlag-Logos) + <link rel=icon>
- Logo neben dem "schattenpost"-Schriftzug im Header (Inline-SVG, Accent-Farbe)
- Service-Worker-Cache v3 -> v4, favicon.svg in die Offline-Shell
